Conferences
The Bedford Arms has 2 small conference rooms. Our main room, The Chess Room, can hold up to 14 delegates.
The syndicate room is named John Russell and can accommodate up to 8 delegates
The charges below include the meeting room, flip chart, cordials, mineral water and boiled sweets. Other audio visual equipment is available on request at an additional cost. We can accommodate up to 15 delegates

Day Delegate Rate
We can also charge a day delegate rate for more than 6 people. This includes the room hire and equipment, as above, with a two course lunch and morning and afternoon tea and coffee.

If you are planning a conference spread over two or more days we also have a 24-hour residential rate.

The residential tariff includes accommodation, full English breakfast, tea and coffee, morning and afternoon, two course lunch, three course dinner and the equipment as above.
