Account Details   A provisional booking will be held for 14 days, after which we require a deposit of £300 to secure your reservation.   The total expected account must be paid 2 weeks before the date of your wedding by cheque. Any extra charges must then be paid on departure.   General Information   A charge will be made for parties that fall below 40 people in our Oak Panelled Restaurant.   Final numbers are to be advised 48 hours prior to your wedding, after this time, any non-arrivals will be charged in full to cover our preparation costs.   Children in attendance can be served half portions at a 50% reduction by prior arrangement.   In the unfortunate event of your wedding reception having to be cancelled, the following charges will apply:   ·        for cancellations up to 10 weeks prior to the reception, only the deposit will be charged   ·        should you need to cancel after this time, the full estimated total will be charged.   The hotel does not accept responsibility for damage to and for the loss of property left in the hotel.   Please note that all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
